Qantas team up with New Media Innovation to design, develop and implement a Fault Management and Reporting solution for Aircraft and Ground crew. This solution allows Qantas Crew and ground staff to submit issues via an iPad Application by capturing a photo, fault details, location information and relevant contact details and enables maintenance teams to track their progress. It provides e-mail notifications and reporting to management about updates to items and fault ticket progress.
